Trophy Fish Display West Virginia’s Celebration of National Hunting & Fishing Days Every year, West Virginia anglers have the opportunity to show their trophy fish mounts to an audience approaching 20,000 people at National Hunting and Fishing Days at Stonewall Resort State Park in Roanoke (near Weston) in Lewis County. This year, the event will be held on Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29. Up to 25 individuals can bring their mounts to National Hunting & Fishing Days, as pre-determined by a selection committee.
