Handicap pier on Wood Pond. Coopers Rock Lake (Monongalia County) Leave I-68 at Coopers Rock exit. Proceed north 100 yards and turn left onto County Route 73-one-fourth mile to lake. Monongahela River (Monongalia County) Located in Star City near the City Garage one-fourth mile downstream from the Star City bridge. Ohio River (Wetzel County) Hannibal Locks and Dam tailwaters just off State Route 2 at New Martinsville. Handicap fishing.
