DNR Physically Challenged Advisory Board to Meet in Charleston
January 30, 2008

The next regular meeting of the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources Physically Challenged Advisory Board is scheduled for Wednesday, January 30, 2008, at 3 p.m. at the Capitol Complex in Charleston, Building 3, Room #674. The agenda of the Physically Challenged Advisory Board meeting will include the following topics.

• The nomination of a new committee member
• The demonstration of a shooting aid
• To Review the Class Y application and regulation
• To discuss Legislative items that the Physically Challenged Advisory Board needs to be aware of and/or act upon
• Upcoming Advisory Board meeting to be held in August 2008
• Crossbow Use in Urban Hunts

The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources strives to provide reasonable access to its programs and facilities to the physically challenged in accordance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). The DNR develops and maintains fishing access sites and hunting areas for the physically challenged. The Law Enforcement Section offers Hunter Education classes designed for hunters with special needs.
