Temporary Closure of Valley Falls State Park

FAIRMONT, W.Va. – Due to road paving, Valley Falls State Park will be temporarily closed Monday, Aug. 20, and Tuesday, Aug. 21, from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. This closure is for the safety of park visitors as well as the paving company. The 1.1 mile paving project is on the park road and includes culvert and other associated work. Valley Falls State Park is located near Fairmont in Marion County nine miles from I-79 from Exit 137.
