Irish Spring Getaway Package at Chief Logan Lodge March 9-24

Chief Logan Lodge, located one mile off US 119 between Logan and Chapmanville in Logan County, is offering an “Irish Spring Getaway Package.” This getaway includes an overnight stay in the new hotel facility and dinner for two at Chief Logan Restaurant. It is available any night from March 9 through March 24.  Front Desk Supervisor Melissa Brown explains it is a “saving of the green”’ and a “great time of the year to shake off spring fever and visit the lodge and enjoy great evening meal in the restaurant.”  Brown also explained that Leprechauns are also known for mischief and guests may find a St. Patrick’s treat in their rooms and a reminder of St. Patrick’s Day.  Brown also promised that the treat is not a Blarney Stone.’

The Irish Spring Getaway Package includes overnight accommodations for two and dinner for two the night the stay.  Package rates for rooms with kings or queen beds are $120 per package, not per person.  Packages rates are also available for suites.

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, Chef Cathy Fout will feature a special evening buffet from 5 – 9 p.m. on March 17 that includes corned beef and cabbage and other dishes associated with St. Patrick’s Day or Irish culture.  Reservations are not necessary for the St. Patty’s Evening Buffet. The restaurant is open to the public every day of the week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Information and directions for Chief Logan Lodge and Conference Center is available on line at www.chiefloganlodge.com.
