Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Wood County Captive Cervid Facility

The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the pending application of Harlan and Jennifer Bowser (Dungeon Hollow Farm LLC) to establish a captive cervid facility in the Walker District, Wood County, West Virginia. The facility, if licensed, will be at 1289 Rock Run Road, Walker WV 26180. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2006, at 7 p.m. at the WVDNR District Office at 2311 Ohio Avenue, Parkersburg WV. For information, please call 304-420-4550
