Bluestone State Park and Bluestone Wildlife Management Area

Facilities Update

 

  Bluestone State Park and Bluestone Wildlife Management Area in Summers County are beginning to resume normal operations after heavy rain and flooding on June 27 and 28, according to Robert Beanblossom, district administrator for the Parks and Recreation Section of the Division of Natural Resources.

 

  Currently, all facilities are open at Bluestone State Park and all camping areas are open at Bluestone Wildlife Management Area except portions of Indian Creek and all of Bertha camping areas, which will remain closed. The closed camping areas at Bluestone Wildlife Management Area are tentatively scheduled to reopen by July 10, 2006.
