Construction Completed on New Cabin at North Bend State Park

  Cairo, W.Va. - Great things are happening at North Bend State Park as construction has been completed on a new four-bedroom cabin,  according to Park Superintendent Steve Jones. The new cabin, cabin #9, will be available for reservation to the public July 31, 2006.

  Completed with the help of the Pleasants-Ritchie-Tyler Technical Center in St. Marys , West Virginia , it features two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, fire place, central heat and air and a large deck. This cabin is fully accessible and in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

  “The new cabin is great for a relaxing getaway or a gathering place for reunions,” Jones says.
