Whistles and Wildflowers Weekend At Cass Scenic Railroad State Park

June 3-5

  See the beauty of spring in Pocahontas County at the Whistles and Wildflowers Weekend, scheduled for Cass Scenic Railroad State Park on June 3 through 5, 2005.

 

  Friday will start with an orientation program at 7:30 p.m. On Saturday, train rides and hikes will depart the Cass Depot at 7a.m. and the evening program is at 7:30 p.m. There is a Sunday morning hike on the Greenbrier River Trail starting at 7 a.m. Train fares are $28 per adult, $18 per child and free for children five and under. Lodging packages are available.
