Pipestem Resort State Park and Cantrell Ultimate Rafting

Now Offering Pipestem Adventure Package

  Pipestem Resort State Park, along with Cantrell Ultimate Rafting, is now offering the Pipestem Adventure Package, giving vacationers the opportunity to create their own customized adventure vacation. The package is available Sunday through Thursday, except for holiday weekends, from now through September.

The “High Adventure Package” includes:

•  Two nights of lodging at either McKeever or Mountain Creek Lodge

•  Golf green fees for 18 holes

•  Power cart rental for 18 holes

  (A one hour guided horseback ride may be substituted for golf green fees and cart)

And your choice of one of the following with Cantrell Ultimate Rafting:

•  All day New River Gorge whitewater rafting adventure with lunch

•  ½ day New River Gorge Express whitewater rafting adventure

•  ½ day middle New River (Thurmond to Cunard) inflatable canoe or rafting trip

•  ½ day guided fishing trip on the upper New River near Hinton

  The “High Adventure Package” price is $137.50 per person plus tax. This special package price is based on double occupancy and is subject to availability. The minimum age for rafting the New River Gorge is 12. The minimum age for the middle or upper New River is five.

  The “Moderate Adventure Package” offers a mild water inflatable canoe or float trip near Hinton in place of the other river adventure choices. It also includes two nights of lodging at Pipestem Resort and your choice of golf with cart or a guided horseback ride.

  The price for the “Moderate Adventure Package” is $122.50 per person plus tax. This special package price is also based on double occupancy and subject to availability. No other discounts apply with the “Pipestem Adventure Package.”
