North Bend State Park 's Wagon Train Cowboy Camping Weekends

August 5-7 and October 7-9 

  Step back in time for some old fashion fun at the Wagon Train Cowboy Camping Weekends on August 5-7 and October 7-9 at North Bend State Park in Cairo, West Virginia.

  Participants will be able to get back to basics as they experience the wagon train adventure. Friday's schedule includes an overnight stay at the park lodge, orientation and evening stroll and a campfire with s'mores. Saturday's activities include breakfast at the lodge, a 12-mile wagon train ride on the North Bend Rail Trail with camping, lunch and tour of historic Cairo, abandoned tunnel exploration, cowboy cookout and campfire. Sunday will start with a wagon train breakfast before breaking camp and heading back on wagons to North Bend State Park.

  The package price includes all activities, meals and lodging. The package price for single occupancy is $160, $138.75 per person for double occupancy, $133 per person for triple occupancy and $130 per person for quad occupancy. Package price without the first night lodging and second day breakfast is $110 per person. Participants must be at least 4 years of age.
