Public Land Corporation Public Hearing on Proposed

Exchange of Kanawha County Property April 21, 2005

  The West Virginia Public Land Corporation (PLC) of the Real Estate Management Section of the Division of Natural Resources will hold a public hearing at the following time and place to receive public comments on the proposed exchange of parcels containing 2.412 and a 4.531 acr, m/1 of land at the Wallback Wildlife Management Area in Big Sandy Creek District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, between the State of West Virginia, Bureau of Commerce, Division of Natural Resources, and an adjacent land owner.

  Wallback , West Virginia

  Pursuant to West Virginia Code Chapter 20, Article 1A, Sections 3 and 4, the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, Public Land Corporation (PLC), Bureau of Commerce, is authorized to exchange real estate. Representatives from the PLC and the adjacent landowner will participate in the hearing.
