Springtime Cabin and Cottage Rental Promotions April 10 – May 19

 

  It's time to start planning a visit to West Virginia State Parks to enjoy springtime in the mountains of West Virginia . Take advantage of midweek cabin and cottage getaways in the natural surroundings of your favorite state park or forest. Seventeen parks and forests are offering discounts or value-added Sunday through Thursday nights, beginning April 10 through May 19, 2005 . Individual areas provide detail for each specific offer, or go online at www.wvstateparks.com , or call 1-800-CALL WVA.

 

  When making reservations, guests should ask for the Springtime Mid-week Cabin or Cottage Promotion. This promotion also includes a "thank you" gift following the stay for visiting state parks and forests during promotional times and includes special package offers.

 

  Parks included in the springtime promotion with a two night minimum include Babcock, Blackwater Falls, Bluestone, Cacapon Resort, Canaan Valley Resort, Cass Scenic Railroad, Holly River, Lost River, North Bend, Stonewall Resort, Twin Falls Resort, Tygart Lake and Watoga state parks and Cabwaylingo, Greenbrier and Kumbrabow state forests. Beech Fork State Park requires a three night minimum stay.
