Public Land Corporation Public Hearing on Proposed

Transfer of Monroe County Property February 24, 2005

  The West Virginia Public Land Corporation (PLC) of the Real Estate Management Section of the Division of Natural Resources will hold a public hearing at the following time and place to receive public comments on the proposed transfer of a 2.208-acre, m/1, parcel of land located adjacent to the Andrew Rowan Home, Monroe County, West Virginia, from the Department of Agriculture to the Monroe County Commission for and on behalf of the Sweet Springs Cemetery Association.

  Thursday, February 24, 7 p.m.

  Monroe County Courthouse

  Union , West Virginia

  Pursuant to West Virginia Code Chapter 20, Article 1A, Sections 3 and 4, the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, Public Land Corporation (PLC), Bureau of Commerce, is authorized to exchange real estate. Representatives from the PLC, Department of Agriculture, County Commission and the Sweet Springs Cemetery Association will participate in the hearing.
