Public Land Corporation Public Hearing on Proposed

Transfer of Braxton County Property February 10, 2005

  The West Virginia Public Land Corporation (PLC) of the Real Estate Management Section of the Division of Natural Resources will hold a public hearing at the following time and place to receive public comments on the proposed transfer of the former Gassaway Farmers Market Building and lot located in Gassaway, Braxton county, West Virginia, from the West Virginia Department of Agriculture to the Elk Soil Conservation District.

  Thursday, February 10, 7 p.m.

  Allegheny Power Company Building

  Gassaway , West Virginia

  Pursuant to West Virginia Code Chapter 20, Article 1A, Sections 3 and 4, the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, Public Land Corporation (PLC), Bureau of Commerce, is authorized to exchange real estate. Representatives from the PLC, Department of Agriculture, and the Elk Soil Conservation District will participate in the hearing.
