State Parks Lottery Hunts

There are 11 three-day hunts in six West Virginia State Parks. Applications must be submitted online at www.wvhunt.com by Aug. 30, 2020. Hunters must use their existing Electronic Licensing and Game Checking System account or create one in order to apply. Once logged in, applicants must select “State Park Lottery Hunts” and choose one of the hunting options. There is a $15 application fee and may include one or two people.

Limited Lottery Antlerless Deer Hunts

Limited lottery antlerless deer hunts will take place in selected counties, state forests and wildlife management areas across the state. Applications must be submitted online at www.wvhunt.com by Aug. 14, 2020. Once applicants log into the Electronic Licensing System, they will need to click "Enter Lottery" on the home screen, then click “2020 Limited Antlerless Hunt” and select the county, state forest or wildlife management area for which they want to apply. Hunters also may select a secondary county, state forest or wildlife management area. Hunters without accounts can create one at www.wvhunt.com.
